It was too quiet so I walked by to see what Nadia was working on. A painting of Yosemite…
That’s half dome…
Wow…I am quite impressed! And Yosemite falls on the right, El Capitan to the left of the box.
And she drew a road with a car driving by…

This is a real cool experiment to teach kids about clouds and rain. Some water in a jar with shaving cream on top of it, to simulate air and some clouds and then some colors…that’s all you need.
After using the dropper to drop about 30 drops, the red color finally made it through as rain from the clouds…
Some more red…
Quite fascinating to watch…
And pretty to photograph too…

Nadia has been fascinated by tigers lately…She asked for a tiger face painting for a Halloween party…
Once we were back home, she announced she just had to paint a tiger. So pencil to paper and paints…the tiger jumped right out of her onto the paper she said 😊

Nayeem’s always misplacing his earphones so Nadia decided to make him a case. I helped cut out the felt.
She glued on eyes…
And she’s sewing the felt pieces together, making a little pocket for the earphones.
Oh the intensity 🙂
