Fairy garden

Nadia put her fairy garden together this week…There’s the house with little stepping stones. A little chair made with wine cork. A wishing tree she made at school.

Cork raft

A quick activity on Sunday night…wine corks, elastic bands, a toothpick and some paper.

Fairy house

We are working our way to a fairy garden. We want to use as many natural items as possible. So instead of buying a fairy home from scratch we are using things from around the yard. Maybe a fairy will breath life into them 🙂

Here Nadia is painting a home. We found a round stone from the yard. Nadia painted windows and a door.

Wolf mask

Ms. Nadia now has the sewing fever. She made a cute wolf mask. I helped her cut out the felt and she stitched it all together.

Sewing a bunny in a blanket

Nadia has been learning to sew. She is super excited and is enjoying it very much.

Here, she is making a little bunny rabbit. Isn’t he cute?

She made him a little pillow and a blanket with a pretty flower on it. She stuffed the bunny and the pillow with Ozzie’s hair 🙂

Here he is, all snug in his little Altoids bed.
