Here is a quick activity that is not only fun building but can also be re-used on trips. Puzzles like this one are great on road trips. Most of the time she is content to just spin her imaginary stories in the backseat and when questioned she says “It’s just pretend”.

I drew a diplodocus on a few popsicle sticks.

She then colored all the sticks.

Here is our completed Diplodocus puzzle. Isn’t it cute? I need to make/find a small plastic box so she can work on these while traveling too. And it’s small enough to fit in her back-pack.
