Kandinsky abstracts

I introduced Nadia to Wassily Wassilyevich Kandinsky. He was an influential Russian artist who is one of the first to produce abstract works. We observed some of his work online and then decided to make our own version of Kandinsky abstracts.

I just love her focus and concentration here 🙂

Here is her partially done print.

Just love the colors here. Of course I am referring to the Fuji-XT1 and 56mm 1.2 🙂

Here is Nadia posing with the finished version. She really enjoyed doing this.

I also joined her in doing some painting. Here is my boring, traditional version.

This joint venture with my daughter has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I get to spend time with her, do crafts both of us enjoy, take photographs and then create this online diary of our time spent together. I am hoping she will cherish these posts for a long time.

Thank you for reading and do drop a line or share your favorite activities with your child. I am always looking for inspiration.

Have a great weekend.
